Terms and conditions of use for the SEA Environmental Decisions and SEA Environmental Decisions Ltd web sites

SEA Environmental Decsions and SEA Environmental Decisons, Ltd are hereinafter referred to as SEA. SEA and its respective suppliers are hereinafter referred to as the SEA web site producers.
Information on this site
The SEA web site producers have made reasonable endeavours to ensure that information contained on this site is correct, however, it is possible the information may be incomplete, contain errors or be out of date. Changes are periodically added to the information on the SEA web site. Unsolicited emails
SEA does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. SPAM attributed to SEA originates from viruses such as W32.Sobig.F which are mass-mailing worms that send themselves to all the email addresses that they find on a host's system. These emails typically use fake FROM addresses. These addresses are arbitrarily picked from the internet and unfortunately they occasionally use an SEA domain.
Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use a fake FROM address inorder to circumvent anti-spam software.
By using this site or submitting your email addresses you accept that there is a possibility that you may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing SEA or its ISP can do about this.
Indemnities
In the event of any claim being made against SEA Environmental Decisions or SEA Environmental Decisions Ltd or any members of SEA as a result of breach of these conditions by a user, the user undertakes to fully indemnify SEA Environmental Decisions or SEA Environmental Decisions Ltd or any members of sea against all actions, claims, proceedings, damages and costs arising from or incurred by reason of a user's breach of these terms and conditions.
This site is created and controlled by SEA Environmental Decisions and SEA Environmental Decisions Ltd in England on behalf of itself and the members of SEA and the laws of England shall apply to these Terms of Use.
